Places

The places we go and the experiences we have define us.   The English writer Rudyard Kipling once said "All things considered, there are only two kinds of men in the world: those that stay at home and those that do not". I caught wanderlust around the age of 17 and for both it's benefits and downsides, the nomadic life has been a life of my choice.  Since setting out on my travels in 1978 I've visited over 135 countries and around 15 remain on my bucket list before I call it a day.  Some people dedicate their lives to corporate power, others to the pursuit of money, and others a very nice house to show off.   The only thing I've ever really wanted to do is to explore this planet as much of it as as I can and to experience all it has to offer.
